GUESTS WHO CANCEL 60 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL RECIEVE 100% REFUND OF DEPOSIT
GUESTS WHO CANCEL 59 TO 30 DAYS  BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL RECIEVE 50% REFUND OF DEPOSIT
GUESTS WHO CANCEL 29 TO 15 DAYS  BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL RECIEVE 25% REFUND OF DEPOSIT
GUESTS WHO CANCEL 14 TO 0 DAYS  BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL RECIEVE 0% REFUND OF DEPOSIT
GUESTS  WHO CANCEL WILL PAY 15% OF TOTAL RESERVATION TO COVER CANCELATION FEES

HOUSE RULES:  
NO PETS ON PROPERTY, NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, DO NOT WASH BEDDING OR TOWELS, TAKE OUT GARBAGE, WASH DISHES, SWEEP UP KITCHEN & DINNING ROOM, KEEP HOT TUB COVER LATCHED, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS, DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. HAVE FUN
