How to book a Wedding!

Congratulations.  You are getting married!
Now time for the fun part!  Planning your wedding. Use the steps below to easily plan your wedding.

Step 1

BOOKING

Now it is time to book your wedding. You will need to purchase the Venue Fee and Access Passes from our online store.  

  1. Venue fee is a non-refundable deposit used to hold your reservation. The Venue Fee allows you to have events on site during your stay.  One Venue Fee is valid for your entire stay. This allows you to have more than twenty people on property.  

  2. Access Passes are needed for every one on property including overnight guests.  

This and more can be purchased at our online store. One week weddings get priority booking and are available for instant booking up to 18 months prior to your reservation date. 

Step 2

Availability Calendar 

Please view our calendar to determine if your dates are available. 

We do not allow bookings more that eighteen months in advance.

  • Instant booking is always available when booking for seven days or more.

  • Instant booking for five to six days is available at twelve months in advance. 

  • Instant booking for three days is available eight months in advance. 

  • Instant booking is not available for one or two day wedding.

Venue Fee & Access Passes

VENUE FEE & DEPOSIT​

  • Purchase your Venue Fee with in 24 hours of renting the lodge. 

  • The Venue Fee is Non-Refundable Deposit

  • Your Venue Fee/Deposit holds wedding/event reservation. 

ACCESS PASS

  • Access passes are valid for the duration of your stay.

  • Please wait until you have sent your invitations, you have received your RSVP's, and have a total guest count.  

  • Access passes are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the event.

Step 4

Parking & Transportation

Events over 75 PEOPLE require shuttle services.

  • We recommend carpooling and/or a shuttle.

  • Public parking lot 2 miles away.

Wedding - Event Contract & Insurance

​INSURANCE

Serving alcohol? You must hire a company with a liquor license and catering endorsement.  The following documents are required one month prior to your event:

  1.  Provided by your beverage catering company:

    • Catered Event Form & Liquor Liability Insurance with The Roost Lodge additionally insured for $2,000,000.00.  Contact us for more details

  2.  Signed event contract.

  3. ​ Special Event Insurance. Purchase through the link below.

Rentals

We DO NOT charge you for what you DO NOT need. All TRL rentals are 100 % refundable. All sub-leased party rental items are subject to the rental companies return policy.
