Enter the name on the lodge reservation and the dinner date. Package size is the total number of people on property that day, lodge guests included. No access passes needed.
DINNER PARTY – 60 — $550
Host a private evening dinner party at The Roost Lodge — rehearsal dinners, grooms dinners, family reunions, birthdays, and anniversaries. This single purchase covers your VENUE FEE and ACCESS PASSES for up to 60 people. Not valid for wedding ceremonies or receptions (see our Venue Fees for those).
When purchasing, you understand the following:
Maximum 60 people on the property — this total includes everyone, lodge overnight guests too.

Serving alcohol? It must be served by a licensed and insured company — three required steps, detailed here: https://www.theroostlodge.com/the-wedding
A shuttle isn't required at any guest count. Most parties carpool at about five guests per car, and a shuttle is worth it if you'd rather nobody drive — Wild Horse Limousine, (406) 756-2290.
Expecting a few more? Add individual Access Passes at $10 per guest, up to 100 people total — all guest-count rules apply to your final total.
